FREE Child ID Event at Kaleidoscope - Saturday, May 16th

Kaleidoscope will be hosting a free child I.D. program made possible by New York Life on Saturday, May 16th from 12 noon to 5 PM.

Child safety is one of the primary concerns of parents today. According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), as many as one million children are reported missing every year. Parents who are concerned about the safety of their children and want to take action to protect their children should bring their families to this important event.

For each child, parents will receive a printout with photo, fingerprints and information to identify the child. A CD with the same information, for easy sharing with family and officials will also be provided.

We're excited to offer our customers this free event and hope to see you here!

Kaleidoscope to Sponsor CT Mom's Tag Sale on May 2nd

Kaleidoscope is a Gold sponsor at this year's CT Mom's Mult-Family Tag Sale on Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 11 AM - 4 PM. Please check out our table to receive in-store coupons and information on the locally mom-made products we sell in our store!

CT-Moms, the largest and most active on-line networking organization for Moms in Fairfield County, will be hosting a multi-family tag sale. The venue was generously donated by Our Lady Star of the Sea Church (1200 Shippan Ave in Stamford), and the sale is a fundraiser for the Domestic Violence Crisis Center.

With a membership of over 200 local moms, CT-Moms expect more than 30 families to come together for this event. Each “seller mom” will be in charge of staffing her own table and selling her own wares. There will be no charge for buyers to enter.
